I was lucky enough to be coached on my career change by Sophie for a year. Her listening, her advice and above all her reflections enabled me to ask myself the right questions, to get to know myself better and to motivate me to find the path/sector in which I want to thrive: the sailing sector. Today it's done: I joined a skipper's team as a "Swiss knife" and photographer.
