I attended Sophie's coaching workshop to start my professional transition by taking concrete action but not alone. Sophie and the group were kind, it allowed me to take a step back and feel safe while exchanging with very different profiles. With my industrial experience, I liked to get out of my field and build my "life tree" and put words on my feelings or diffuse impressions. This is the boost to take further steps towards change.
